The course has been designed to develop the language skills of ESOL learners whilst preparing them for employment and \/ or opportunities within the voluntary sector. Through effective small group sessions, specialised teachers will support learners in identifying their transferrable skills and harness these skills whilst developing their resilience, confidence and independence.\u00a0 Understanding the role of active citizenship as well as exploring ways to keep physically and mentally healthy will also be an integral part of the learning journey.\u00a0 Candidates will develop a clear action plan that outlines both their short term and long term goals.
