The higher diploma route
The Higher Diploma is year one. The Advanced Higher Diploma is year two. Each is a complete qualification, so you can stop after Higher Diploma and return later — the credits stay with you.
Two subject routes
- Business — marketing, human resources, management accounting, strategy and a major applied project.
- Digital Technologies — programming, networking, databases, security, with data analytics, applied AI and digital marketing studied as specialisms within the programme.
Entry
An Extended Diploma, or an equivalent Extended Diploma qualification. Students who completed Extended Diploma elsewhere are welcome to apply.
What it costs
Business: OMR 2,390 per year. Digital Technologies: OMR 2,575 per year. Higher Diploma is charged at the same per-year rate as Advanced Higher Diploma.
Fees are the founding rate and are payable in three instalments: 17 October 2026, 24 January 2027 and 1 May 2027. Registration is charged separately — OMR 315 for higher diploma programmes, OMR 260 for Diploma and Extended Diploma. No VAT applies to educational services in Oman.
