Every student has a tutor who knows their work. If an assignment is not going well, the conversation happens early rather than at the deadline.

English support

Students on BTEC and Higher National programmes can access additional English sessions if the language, rather than the subject, is the obstacle.

Practical matters

• Timetables, term dates and assessment deadlines
• Fees, instalments and payment queries
• Certificates, transcripts and Pearson registration
• Letters for employers or visa purposes

Raising a concern

If something is wrong, tell us. Speak to your tutor first; if that does not resolve it, ask reception to escalate it.
